Sub-processors
The infrastructure vendors MindPolar uses to operate the service, and where each processes data. This list is part of the Data Processing Agreement and is kept current here independently of it.
Document status
This document is a draft prepared to describe MindPolar's systems accurately. It is not legal advice, and it requires review by qualified legal counsel before it governs any account, transaction, or data processing.

Current sub-processors
| Sub-processor | Role | Services used | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Cloud infrastructure: compute, database, object storage, cache, CDN, and transactional email delivery. | Aurora Serverless v2 (Postgres, via the RDS Data API), S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, SES | ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India) |
AWS is the only sub-processor MindPolar uses today. No analytics, advertising, error-tracking, customer-support, or session-replay third party is integrated into the product. If that changes, this list is updated before the new vendor goes live — not after.

Where data is processed
| Region | Provider | What's processed there |
|---|---|---|
| ap-south-1 — Mumbai, India | Amazon Web Services | All personal data MindPolar processes today. The platform runs from this single region; there is no second region and no data stored outside it as part of normal operation. |

How changes here are notified
A new sub-processor is added to this page, and to the Data Processing Agreement, before it goes live in production — not after. Customers with an executed DPA are notified in advance and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds, per the DPA's own terms.
